PROJECT OVERVIEW


Whitney Fine Arts Building Renovation
Minneapolis Community and Technical College, Minneapolis, Minnesota

​The renovation included the relocation of the existing vestibule and curtain wall of the building to face Loring Park in Minneapolis, allowing for more space for the theater lobby and expanded space for the security station/ticket booth. Insulation and air-barrier conditions were improved, finishes and lighting updated and exterior storm water solutions and landscape renovation were also a part of this project.
