Planning/Design

• Oversee Project Team and Facilitate Engagement with Owner 's Team​​​
• Represent Owner during all aspects of the Planning/Design Phases
• Coordinate Owner Review and Approval Process
• Coordinate Owner information with Project Team (geotechnical reports, hazardous materials reports, site surveys, etc.)
• ​​Interface with Owner's Team during Building Systems Options Review, ​Analysis and Selection

• ​Ongoing Review of Design Team Progress - Manage Schedule
• Provide Input on Value Engineering/Value Design
• Review Cost Estimate and Confirm Budget - Develop Line Item Budget
• Continue to Develop Project Schedule
• Coordinate Owner Furniture and Equipment with Design Process
• Coordinate other Owner Consultants - Commissioning Agent, Special Inspections and Testing, etc.
