Creighton University, Omaha, Nebraska This renovation was completed while keeping the building functional from an academic instruction perspective for the five undergraduate science programs. Phase I included the replacement of electrical/mechanical systems and renovation of instructional spaces, while Phase II consisted of the renovation of research labs and offices.
