​Pegasus Group developed a Project Management Manual for Regions Hospital that enabled the organization as a whole to have a consistent approach and process for the management of capital projects. Additionally, the manual assisted with the implementation of the FM Systems Project Management Module.
 
The Project Management Manual contents included:

• Overview of Regions Hospital policies that pertain to project delivery
• Roles and responsibilities of the Regions staff – Project Manager, Information Systems & Technology, Procurement, etc., as well as Architecture/Engineering and Construction Management firms that work with Regions Hospital
• Project delivery procedures, forms, checklists, etc. that would allow integration with the FM Systems Project Management Module
