Moreland Elementary School Renovation
West St. Paul, Minnesota This project provided for the replacement of classroom unit ventilators with centralized variable volume air handlers. Other HVAC upgrades included new condensing units, a new scotch marine boiler and a high efficiency condensing boiler. Energy efficient windows were installed, pneumatic controls were replaced with web based direct digital controls and card access and security camera systems were installed. Budget $5,123,000 |
