Lee and Penny Anderson Multipurpose Arena
University of St. Thomas, St. Paul Campus, St. Paul, Minnesota The new multipurpose sports arena and related support facilities is four levels and approximately 245,000 GSF. Two ice sheets are included in the facility. The Main Arena has an NHL size ice sheet and seats about 4,000 for hockey and 5,500 when converted for basketball games. The Main Arena is used for Women’s and Men’s Hockey practices and games, visiting hockey team practices, Women’s and Men’s Basketball games, and other University events. The Auxiliary Rink also has an NHL ice sheet and seats about 700 people. The rink is used for Men’s and Women’s hockey practices, potentially some Women’s Hockey games, visiting hockey team practices, and other community ice rental. The newly completed facility hosted it's first Women's and Men's hockey games on October 24, 2025. The University is seeking LEED Silver certification on the project. Budget: $183,400,000
