Winona State University, Winona, Minnesota Completed for the start of the Fall 2010 Semester, this project provides a new 400 bed student residence hall with up-to-date spaces and amenities including common student lounges, kitchenettes, laundry, study areas, reception/central desk, residential life spaces, and building support areas.
