Garlough Elementary School Renovation
West St. Paul, Minnesota This project included a new media center, computer lab and 1,200 square feet of office space. Classrooms received new cabinetry, paint, carpet and white boards. New condensing units were added to cool the building, and the heating system was improved by converting a steam boiler to a hot water boiler and adding a new high efficiency condensing boiler. Web based direct digital controls, card access and security camera systems were added. Budget $6,328,000 |
