Evans Residence Hall Renovation
Carleton College, Northfield, Minnesota

​This building, originally built in 1927, was reconfigured from its original vertically oriented "Harvard Style" layout to add 36 additional beds for a total of 152 beds, and the entire facility was modernized. Although much of the work occurred over the summer months, the work was done in phases as the vintage residence hall was occupied by students.

The renovation project was recognized by Finance and Commerce as a 2013 Top Project.
