Enterprise Data Center #2 (Co-Location)
Health Partners, Chaska, Minnesota

This facility was constructed as a freestanding, Purpose-built Data Center (PDC). HealthPartners occupies one of the three private data center suites, with 10,000 square feet of raised floor space. The PDC suite has independent infrastructure, no shared equipment, private A/B telco rooms and private Disaster Recovery office space.

The building is designed and constructed to withstand 185 mph winds and uplift. It is enhanced with airside economizers to utilize free cooling.​​ It is secured with a perimeter security fence, K-4 crash rated controlled access points and 24/7 on-site security.

The project design is certified as Tier III by Uptime Institute and achieved LEED Silver certification.
