East End Cooling System Modernization
Lake Superior College, Duluth, Minnesota This three phase project required the modification and extension of existing HVAC systems serving the east end of the campus. Work included the installation of a chiller, chilled water pump, VFD, ventilation and electrical connections. New rooftop air handling units were installed and a new penthouse was built, requiring enhanced structural support of the roof. Revisions to ventilation and heating controls were also completed.
