​The forty-year old Cargill Corporate Headquarters Office Center went through a renewal and modernization spanning a four-year time period. While remaining mostly operational, most of the infrastructure was replaced and finishes were refreshed giving the spaces a very modern, open feel. Technology and energy efficiency improvements, as well as better use of space were also important aspects of the project.

Phased construction work minimized the impact on employees who remained on site, while some employees were shifted into temporary leased space during the life of the project.
