Boiler Room Improvements
Lake Superior College, Duluth, Minnesota An existing firebox hot water boiler was replaced with two new condensing boilers and a boiler room combustion air system with associated piping revisions. An existing hot water storage tank system was removed and replaced with a new condensing gas hot water heater and electric backup. Other work included new category IV stacks, the creation of a new corridor, and test & balancing and temperature controls. Budget $877,000 |
