House of Hope Presbyterian Church, St. Paul, Minnesota The scope of the upgrades for the historic House of Hope Presbyterian Church on Summit Avenue in St. Paul included changing the 1958 steam heating system to a new energy efficient heating and air conditioning system, upgraded electrical service to the building and new electrical switchgear. The renewal work was complete in late summer, 2024. Additionally, a roof survey process was established to proactively identify issues before problems occur. Roof repair and installation of solar panels to provide supplemental electrical service was complete fall, 2025. Pegasus Group also assisted the House of Hope leadership with the development of a Master Plan. Budget HVAC Renewal: $10,817,000 Roof Repair and Solar Installation: $1,432,000 |
